Digital Products Refund Policy

All products sold on Hanlingua are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product.
• The product will be delivered electronically.
• You will receive access immediately after payment.
• You waive any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once access has been granted.
• You understand that all sales are final.

European Union Customers:
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by purchasing digital content and receiving immediate access, you expressly consent to the performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Technical Issues:
If you experience any technical problems accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@hanlingua.shop. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues. However, technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Unauthorized Claims and Chargebacks:
By purchasing from Hanlingua, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a chargeback attempt for a valid digital purchase, we reserve the right to provide proof of access, download logs, IP address records, and transaction verification to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
